PIlates Teacher Training

Be part of a live cohort, complete with a structured 300 hour apprenticeship and guidance and mentorship from Align Pilates. EYT provides the training, Align Pilates is your training studio.

The EYT Teacher Training is an in-person, live program - not an online course. It is a high-touch program that uses multiple channels to provide human connection throughout the training.  Not only do you have support from Align Pilates, but you also have a student advisor, assessors and regular check ins with EYT.

The program includes 300 hours of training, so the timeline depends on your weekly commitment. For example, completing about 10 hours per week allows you to finish in approximately 30 weeks.

EYT provides a classical Pilates education rooted in the original method. The curriculum covers Pilates principles, detailed progressions and regressions, and anatomy, which is fully included in the program - no prerequisite coursework is required.

Every EYT Master Teacher brings 20–30 years of teaching experience. The goal isn't to chase trends or aesthetics, but to develop exceptional, knowledgeable teachers with a deep understanding of the Pilates method. As EYT likes to say, they're classical - but they're not the Pilates police. They simply love creating true Pilates nerds.

Originally developed in 2009 by Studio Owner & Classical Teacher, Jessica Spillane, to serve as a pipeline of teachers to meet the demand of her bustling studio; EYT has since evolved to serve that exact purpose for other studios around the world.
